Realtor/Buyers Agent

• 10 Qualified Appointments from our team every month, set by our Inside Sales Team
• Our qualified appointments are face-to-face meetings with buyers and sellers ready to transact!
• Admin and Contract teams support
• Onboarding training, ongoing weekly and monthly training
• No cold calling, no knocking on doors, no "grind."
• We do ALL the heavy lifting for you!

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years as a Producing Realtor with 10+ Transactions in the last year
• Active Texas Real Estate License
• Ability and willingness to work 100% Commission - this is a 1099 position
• Competitive, resilient, and driven; however, your primary motivation has to be to help people, as this is a people-first business. So let us help feed your desire to help your clients as well as meet your financial goals.
• Exceptional Communication skills - a natural-born storyteller.
• Comfortable with technology - we use multiple platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $89,224.00 - $104,244.00 per year
